Refund Policy

For any cancellation of unused services, a full refund will be provided if cancellation request is made in writing within 7 days of payment. Once service contracts have been initiated and services utilized, used services will be prorated at $120/hour and the remaining balance refunded to the client. All refunds will be received within 30 days of written request.
