My favorite thing to do is sit down with a business owner, or future business owner, and listen to them talk about their "why". Why they want to be an entrepreneur. Why they want to employ others. What value they want to bring to their community. What inspires them. Why they get out of bed in the morning and push themselves. That is the best part of my job.
